Helping Seniors Maintain & re-GAIN Their Strength

A Smarter Way to Move

As we age, our strength naturally declines, which can increase the risk of falls.
Fortunately, regular exercise plays an important role in maintaining independence and confidence.

That’s why Mobility Care was created—an exercise program designed specifically to help seniors re-gain strength safely while lowering their risk of falls.

WHAT IS
MOBILITY CARE?

Mobility Care is a fall prevention exercise program for seniors that focuses on balance, strength, and coordination, helping older adults stay independent and confident. Through guided sessions, participants practice safe and effective fall prevention exercises, building both strength and peace of mind step by step.

Alongside the in-person program, seniors also benefit from the Mobility Care App. This easy-to-use app makes it simple to continue progress at home, using computer vision to check movements, track improvements, and give personalized feedback. This way, seniors can smoothly connect what they learn in class with their practice at home.

In the end, Mobility Care is open to all older adults who want to stay active, prevent falls, and keep their independence. By combining professional guidance with digital support, the program offers a complete and supportive way to improve health and well-being.

Mobility Care tracks seniors’ progress through its easy-to-use app, which uses computer vision to monitor movements. To measure growth, the app provides a Before Fitness Test and an After Fitness Test, often showing up to a 10% gain in strength, balance, and mobility. In addition, the program follows a step-by-step level system, from Level 1 to Level 4, so seniors can improve at their own pace.

With these tools, seniors receive clear progress reports that make fall prevention exercises simple, effective, and motivating. As a result, Mobility Care helps older adults stay active, build confidence, and support overall health and well-being.

Mobilit Care incorporates a peer-led coaching model, where senior participants are encouraged to take on the role of mentors. To make this possible, a Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program was created, equipping these senior trainers with the knowledge and skills needed to lead safe, engaging, and effective exercise sessions for their peers.

Furthermore, the Mobility Care App extends support beyond in-person classes by allowing participants to continue their fall prevention exercises at home. Through its video streaming mode with an on-screen trainer, seniors can follow guided sessions anytime, making it easier to stay active and consistent.

Structured Strength and Mobility Sessions – Regular sessions delivered through an interactive digital platform to enhance physical fitness and balance.

Targeted Exercises for Fall Prevention – Exercises focus on muscle strength, balance, and functional mobility to support healthy aging.

Progressive Level Structure – Seniors advance from Level 1 to Level 4, ensuring exercises remain challenging and promote continuous improvement.

Functional Fitness Assessments – Computer vision-based tests, like the 4-Square Step Test and Timed Up and Go Test, track improvements in mobility and fall risk.

Mobility Care provides older adults with a range of benefits, including improved strength, balance, and mobility through exercise programs for seniors, increased engagement and motivation, enhanced social well-being, and the development of peer coaching skills to support fall prevention exercises for seniors.
